1) All subscription prices are based on a 12 months, 36 week term basis. Prices are based on attending one session per week (across 36 weeks). This does mean that you may pay for months when sessions do not run but remember that session cost is spread across the year rather than per session.

2) Cancellations can be made with no less than one months notice. Ie if you hand in your notice in October, you would pay for November and stop payments in December.

3) Discounts to subscriptions are applied when one player does two or more sessions. This is 10% and can be applied at checkout once you have confirmed your place via email.

4) Discounts also apply to siblings at 5% per child that signs up.

5) If you miss a session because of rain or coach absence, an additional session will be put on in place.

6) If you cannot attend a session due to absence and the session is running, sessions can be made up on equivalent dates throughout the term. RBTennis is under no obligation to provide a make up session if the session is missed due to personal reasons ie clash in timetables or illness.

7) Subscription are for term time groups only and do not include camps, private lessons or other events.

8) Subscriptions are set up as a standing order for the 1st of every month. If you cancel without notice you will still be charged.

9) Notice is to be provided by email with the subject being the players name and ‘cancellation notice’
